Astoria is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Astoria follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

You can occasionally find good produce, most of the time is going bad but it was still a good place to shop; however, today I had a bad experience with the staff, their dusty granolas were not properly placed in the shelf, when I tried to grab one, two fell, I felt bad and I offered to pay, it wasn’t intentional it was an ACCIDENT, but the ladies started talking shit about me in Spanish and thought I didn’t understand what they were saying, it obviously made me upset that they made me pay for something I was not taking home and on top of that they start offending me?? Terrible customer service.

There is an older lady working here who is rude as hell. She needs to get a grip. I come here often, but not anymore because the way they spoke to my family members. Read all the comments, everybody is talking about the same issue. Skip this place.

I today, around 8pm, was definitely my last time at this shitty place because of the rudeness and poor service of cashier (left side, lipsticks. There was a small line, and she was literally chitchatting with a costumer that clearly was done with packing and paying. The girl on the right side call the next costumer and she was STILL doing nothing and β€œhanging out β€œ with the other person. I gently put my things on the balcony, and FINALLY she checked my stuff, without not even looking at me, talking to other cashier, and complaining that β€œpeople don’t let her talk β€œ. She was so unaware of what she was doing that she didn’t even see that I was packing my stuff in my own bag and charged me for a bag!!! Instead of canceling my payment she gave me a stupid quarter . WHAT I’m GONNA DO WITH COINS?????? I LITERALLY USE COINS FOR NOTHING!!!! That girl should never be working with people! Very ignorant, arrogant, unprofessional… she would probably be a great dive bar bartender, to chitchat with rude people like her

Cashiers need a serious attitude adjustment especially when speaking to older customers. These are the people who are keeping you in business. The ones who don't have a car, the ones who are on a limited budget. Get a grip!!!

First and last time going to this place. The GreenHiuse Farmers Market The prices are great and the employee outside ,a nice gentleman was very helpful. The place is very small not big person friendly. The line set up is very confusing. The cashier and register area are not good. First the register area is really small. The cashier's are very rude especially a young woman with dark hair who spoke Spanish. I asked if she could wait until I packed my items before calling the next customer. She didn't and called the next customer. One item didn't fit I'm my bag and I kindly asked her for a bag she said it would cost 25 cents. That is a lot for a bag. I noticed the other cashier bagged the items for her customer. If I didn't need all the items I bought I would have walked out. A place can have great prices but you also need to treat people with respect and be a bit kind and nice Enter at your own risk.
